Villa Oceanus Hvar is ideally located directly on the sea, only 5 minutes away from Hvar, Croatia town centre, accessible by boat or car. It is nested in the western part of town Hvar, in a gated nature park, in the Uleni Bok bay. The gated park only has 6 houses, and since it’s not open for public, it ensures a serene stay with maximum privacy. The villa operates with distinct pricing for low and high seasons:

• May, June, September, and October are considered low season.

• July and August are considered high season.

The property remains closed during the off-season (November–April).
